AsianMelodiesCam Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and the team that runs AsianMelodiesCam. They explain who can use the site, what is allowed, how coins and VIP work and what happens when rules are broken. Please read them before your first chat; using the site means you accept them.

By opening AsianMelodiesCam and using any of its features, whether as a guest or with an account, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you would rather not accept them, the right move is to stop using the site.
You must be at least eighteen years old and legally able to enter into this agreement where you live. You must not use the site if we have previously removed you, or if the law of your country forbids it. We may ask you to confirm your age, and we close any account we believe belongs to someone underage.
You can start as a guest without signing up. A few features, clubs among them, ask for a free account. You are responsible for what happens under your account, so keep your login details to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used them.
One person, one account. Do not create accounts for other people, sell or transfer accounts, or open new ones to get around a ban.
AsianMelodiesCam is for friendly, respectful conversation. In every part of the site, including random matches, calls from profiles, messages, live streams and clubs, you agree not to:
You keep ownership of what you post, such as your profile photo, messages and club posts. To run the service, you give us permission to host, display and transmit that content to the people you share it with, for as long as it remains on the site.
What you share is your responsibility, and you need the right to share it. We may remove content that breaks these terms, and we are not obliged to keep a copy of anything you delete.
Some features are paid. New users receive free matches, and the Reward Center can add more while you stay online; after that, matches cost coins. Gifts during live streams are paid with coins as well. VIP is an optional paid membership with extra benefits described before you buy.
Every price appears before any payment is taken. Coins are not money: they cannot be cashed out, swapped back or moved to someone else's account. If a purchase goes wrong, contact [email protected] and we will look into it. Where local consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights still apply.
Live streams are run by girls on the site. Viewers can watch, comment, send gifts and request a private one-on-one call, which the person streaming may accept or decline. Users cannot start streams of their own.
Clubs are group chats run by members. Club owners can set house rules and decide who joins, and every new club is reviewed before it opens. Club rules apply on top of these terms, never instead of them.
You can block and report anyone from a chat or their profile. When rules are broken, we may warn the user, remove content, limit features, suspend the account or close it permanently, depending on how serious the issue is. Coins left in an account closed for breaking the rules are not refunded.
We work hard to keep AsianMelodiesCam running well, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee that you will always find someone to talk to, that every person will be who you hoped, or that the site will be free of interruptions. Other users answer for their own words and actions, and we step in when they are reported.
To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Walk away whenever you like, and ask us to delete your account if you want it gone. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms, if the law requires it, or if continuing would put other people at risk.
As the service evolves, these terms may be revised. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site after an update means you accept it. Questions about these terms go to [email protected].
